General

Q: What is the recommended OKR cycle?
A: Quarterly cycles are most common. Set OKRs at the beginning of each quarter, review weekly, and grade at the end of the quarter.

Q: How many OKRs should I have?
A: 3-5 objectives maximum. Each objective should have 2-5 key results. More than this leads to lack of focus.

Q: Is 70% achievement good?
A: Yes! OKRs should be ambitious. 70% achievement means you set challenging goals. Consistently hitting 100% means targets are too easy.

Q: Should OKRs be tied to performance reviews?
A: Generally no. OKRs are for stretch goals and learning. Performance reviews should be separate to encourage ambitious goal-setting.

Q: Can I change my OKRs mid-quarter?
A: Small adjustments are okay if circumstances change drastically, but frequent changes defeat the purpose. Set realistic OKRs and stick to them.

Technical

Q: What browsers are supported?
A: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest 2 versions). Mobile browsers also supported.

Q: Is there a mobile app?
A: The web app is mobile-responsive. Native apps may be available - check app stores.

Q: Can I use Leemu offline?
A: No, Leemu OKR requires internet connection.

Q: What's the maximum file size for uploads?
A: Typically 5MB for images, 10MB for documents (varies by feature).

Q: How often is data backed up?
A: Daily automated backups. Real-time replication for disaster recovery.

Features

Q: Can I create recurring objectives?
A: No, each OKR cycle requires new objectives. However, you can copy previous OKRs as templates.

Q: Can I assign an objective to multiple people?
A: One owner per objective, but you can add collaborators or create separate aligned objectives for each person.

Q: How do I track projects vs OKRs?
A: OKRs are outcomes, not projects. Link project management tools (Jira, Asana) to key results to track underlying work.

Q: Can I import OKRs from spreadsheets?
A: Import features may be available. Check Settings > Import or contact support.

Q: Can external stakeholders view OKRs?
A: Only if you invite them and create accounts. Consider exporting reports to PDF for external sharing.

Best Practices

Q: Should objectives be SMART goals?
A: Objectives should be inspiring and qualitative. Key Results should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).

Q: How do I align personal OKRs with team OKRs?
A: Use the "Parent Objective" field when creating personal OKRs to link them to team objectives.

Q: What's the difference between OKRs and KPIs?
A: KPIs are ongoing metrics (e.g., uptime). OKRs are time-bound stretch goals for change and improvement.

Q: Should we grade OKRs?
A: Yes, at the end of the cycle. Review what was achieved, what was learned, and use insights for next cycle.

Q: How often should we check in?
A: Weekly is recommended for most OKRs. Bi-weekly minimum. Monthly is too infrequent.
