Slack Integration

Leemu provides a comprehensive Slack integration with an App Home dashboard, slash commands, and interactive features.

Quick Start

For Admins - Installation:

1. Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Integrations
2. Find "Slack" integration
3. Click "Connect Slack"
4. Authorize Leemu in your Slack workspace
5. Configure notification channels and user mappings

For Users - Getting Started:

1. Open the Leemu app in Slack (click Apps in sidebar)
2. Go to the Home tab to see your dashboard
3. Use /okr help for a list of commands

App Home Dashboard

Access the App Home by clicking on Leemu in your Apps:

• Overview Stats - Progress, objectives, key results, check-ins
• Active Objectives - Your top OKRs with progress bars
• Quick Actions - Check-in, Dashboard, New OKR buttons
• Status Indicators - Green (on track), Yellow (at risk), Red (off track)

Submitting Check-ins

1. Type /okr checkin or click Check-in in App Home
2. Select a key result from the dropdown
3. Enter the new value
4. Add notes (optional)
5. Select confidence level
6. Submit

Configuration (Admins)

1. Default Channel - General OKR notifications
2. Team Channels - Map teams to Slack channels
3. User Mappings - Link Slack users to Leemu accounts
4. Notification Types - Check-in reminders, deadlines, achievements

Troubleshooting

Account not linked:

• Sign in to Leemu with the same email as Slack
• Contact your admin for manual user mapping

Commands not working:

• Ensure Leemu app is installed in workspace
• Try /okr-help for standalone commands

Not receiving notifications:

• Check integration is active in Leemu
• Verify bot is invited to channels

Microsoft Teams IntegrationFeatures

Setup Instructions

Prerequisites:

• Microsoft 365 account
• Teams admin permissions (to install apps)
• Leemu Company Admin role

Installation:

1. Settings > Workspace > Integrations
2. Find "Microsoft Teams"
3. Click "Connect Teams"
4. Sign in with Microsoft account
5. Grant permissions:
   • Read team information
   • Send messages
   • Access calendar
6. Select Teams organization
7. Click "Accept"
8. Return to Leemu

Configuration:

1. Default Team & Channel

   • Choose team and channel for notifications
   • Example: Company → OKR Updates

2. Team Mapping

   • Map Leemu teams to Teams channels
   • Notifications go to appropriate channel

3. Notification Preferences

   • Choose notification types
   • Configure frequency

4. Calendar Sync

   • Enable OKR event sync to Teams calendar

5. Save settings

Troubleshooting Teams Integration

Not Connected:

• Reconnect integration

• Verify Leemu notification config

Google Calendar Integration (Coming Soon)

Note: Google Calendar integration is planned for a future release. Currently, you can use the built-in Calendar feature in Leemu to view your OKR deadlines and check-in schedules.

Revoking Access

To Disconnect Integration:

1. Settings > Integrations
2. Find integration
3. Click "Disconnect"
4. Confirm

What Happens:

• Access token revoked immediately
• Data sync stops
• Notifications stop
• Historical data preserved
• Can reconnect anytime

Troubleshooting IntegrationsGeneral Integration Issues

Not Working:

1. Check connection status
2. Re-authenticate
3. Verify permissions
4. Check error logs
5. Contact support

Data Not Syncing:

1. Check sync is enabled
2. Verify triggers are configured
3. Check rate limits
4. Review error logs
5. Force manual sync

Specific Error Messages

"Unauthorized":

• Re-authenticate integration
• Check permissions granted
• API key may be invalid

"Rate Limit Exceeded":

• Wait for limit to reset
• Reduce sync frequency
• Upgrade plan if available

"Webhook Failed":

• Check endpoint is reachable
• Verify returns 200 OK
• Check firewall settings
• Review webhook logs
