Leemu OKR is a comprehensive Objectives and Key Results (OKR) management platform designed to help organizations set, track, and achieve their strategic goals. The platform provides tools for:
- Setting and tracking company, team, and personal objectives
- Measuring progress through key results and regular check-ins
- Aligning work across different organizational levels
- Strategic planning and goal management
- AI-powered assistance for OKR creation and refinement
- Collaboration and transparency across teams
OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results:
Objectives: Qualitative, inspirational goals that describe what you want to achieve
- Example: "Become the market leader in customer satisfaction"
Key Results: Quantitative, measurable outcomes that track progress toward the objective
- Example: "Increase NPS score from 45 to 75"
- Example: "Reduce customer support response time to under 2 hours"
Leemu OKR supports three levels of objectives:
- Company OKRs: Organization-wide objectives that define strategic priorities
- Team OKRs: Department or team-level objectives that support company goals
- Personal OKRs: Individual objectives that contribute to team and company success
Key Results are the measurable outcomes that indicate progress toward an objective. They can be measured in different ways:
- Number: Absolute numbers (e.g., 100 customers, 5 features)
- Percentage: Progress as a percentage (e.g., 75% completion)
- Currency: Monetary values (e.g., $100,000 revenue)
- Boolean: Yes/No completion (e.g., Launch completed)
Key Results can also have different directions:
- Increase: Progress toward a higher value
- Decrease: Progress toward a lower value
- Maintain: Keep a value within a specific range
Check-ins are regular progress updates on key results. They help:
- Track momentum and progress
- Identify blockers early
- Celebrate achievements
- Keep stakeholders informed
Strategic Goals are high-level, long-term goals that provide overarching direction. Multiple objectives can be linked to a single strategic goal to show how tactical work supports strategic vision.
