Conversation Context

Provide context for better results:

Include:

  • Your role and team
  • Current situation or baseline
  • Target timeframe (quarter, year)
  • Constraints or resources
  • Previous attempts or challenges

Example:

"I'm the head of customer success at a B2B SaaS company.
We currently have 500 customers with an NPS of 45.
I want to create quarterly OKRs focused on improving customer satisfaction and reducing churn, which is currently at 8% monthly." Generating OKR ProposalsHow It Works

The AI Co-Author:

  1. Analyzes your input and context
  2. Considers OKR best practices
  3. Generates relevant objectives
  4. Suggests measurable key results
  5. Presents proposals for your review
Requesting a Proposal

Simple Request:

"Generate OKRs for improving customer satisfaction"

Detailed Request:

"Generate quarterly OKRs for our support team. We want to improve response times (currently 6 hours) and increase customer satisfaction (currently 3.8/5). We have 10 support agents and handle 500 tickets/month." Reviewing Proposals

AI will generate proposals showing:

Proposal Components:

  • Objective Title: Main goal
  • Objective Description: Detailed context
  • Key Results: Measurable outcomes
    • Each with unit type, direction, and target
  • Timeline: Suggested timeframe
  • Level: Company, Team, or Personal
  • Rationale: Why this OKR matters

Example Proposal:

Objective: Deliver exceptional customer support experience Description: Transform our support into a competitive advantage by dramatically improving response times and customer satisfaction. Key Results: 1. Reduce average response time from 6 hours to 2 hours - Type: Number (hours) - Direction: Decrease - Initial: 6, Target: 2 2. Increase customer satisfaction score from 3.8 to 4.5 - Type: Number (out of 5) - Direction: Increase - Initial: 3.8, Target: 4.5 3. Achieve 95% first-contact resolution rate - Type: Percentage - Direction: Increase - Initial: 70%, Target: 95% Timeline: Q1 2025 Level: Team Refining Proposals

If the proposal isn't quite right:

Ask for Modifications:

  • "Make the targets more ambitious"
  • "Focus more on customer retention"
  • "Add a key result about team training"
