Understanding Report MetricsProgress Percentage

How much of the target has been achieved:

For Increase: (Current - Initial) / (Target - Initial) × 100
For Decrease: (Initial - Current) / (Initial - Target) × 100
Velocity

Rate of progress per time period:

Velocity = Progress gained / Time elapsed

Example:

  • Gained 20% progress in 4 weeks
  • Velocity = 5% per week
Projected Completion

Estimated completion date based on velocity:

Remaining progress / Velocity = Weeks to completion

Example:

  • 40% progress remaining
  • Velocity = 5% per week
  • Projected: 8 weeks to complete
Check-in Compliance

Percentage of check-ins submitted on time:

(Check-ins submitted on time / Total check-ins due) × 100 Confidence Score

Average confidence level across objectives:

Sum of all confidence ratings / Number of ratings
